The snow burned away pretty quickly and we left a bit after 11am. We drove up to Poison Spider Trail, with the Colorado on our left and some impressive cliffs on our right. There was an abundance of climbers along the road, getting ready to scale the rock face. We had a different route to the top in mind.

This is the initial climb on the Poison Spider trail.
This trail was an absolute blast. The first several miles consisted of one obstacle after another. The traction on the "slick-rock" is phenomenal. Apparently it's called slick-rock because it was like ice to the pioneer's horse's shoes, but to a Bridgestone it's like Sandpaper. We've all concluded that we won't be able to wheel the east coast again after this.
Putting a little muscle on Tracy's front bumper.
JR getting some air.
This was a pretty cool 6' ledge that drops into big puddle. Of course, the picture fails to do it justice.
The "Golden Crack." This is one of the most photographed spots in Moab, due to the extreme suspension articulation that results in crossing.

This is an obstacle called Buggy Challenge. The Jeeps made short work of it.

There were plenty more incredible views at the several overlooks along the trail.

On the way out the sunset treated us to one last spectacular view.
